It is a place for South Park, but it caused many problems for my team.

The website you mention is an illegal Allsp.com page creators of South Park tried to close for a while. The fact of the matter is that they are to draw South Park and materials made available to the public free of charge. Unfortunately, they are able to edit, document, add malicious code to do them and what they want with the materials before the redistribution. Viacom always ran behind them at least once that I know, but I'm not sure what the results are obviously not as bad as the site is about.
