Never too old to be fit, especially if you will. Losing weight is 85% what you eat and 15% through the year. For best results, so obviously you should try at the times in your life to understand. No more than 1500 calories per day to follow a routine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try the same time every day if I know I will be late, I will try for dinner, 5:45 p.m. to 6 p.m., instead of, say, eating 5, I know I'm hungry later in the night. Cut all the snacks in general, can not think of him, "Well, I've lost the whole week was good, so I can enjoy a snack, because if nothing is furious with himself, what you do not need snacks. I trand exercise every day of the week for 20 minutes at the coach of the cross. Although 30 minutes cardio 3 times a week is a perfect set. You should make the streamlining of things like squats and exercise balls, and I like the strings of the resistance to tone the arms and legs.

No, you're too old! The first is your diet and should include:

a lot of lean meats (tuna, chicken, lean beef, turkey
a reasonable amount of good fats (olive oil, almonds, fish)
some dairy products (of any type of milk, cottage cheese before bed)
Cereals (pasta, rice, bread, etc.)
Legumes (beans, lentils, etc.)
Eggs (mainly white)
Whey protein (price per serving, and good for protein)

That is, wants to get at least 30-50% of calories from protein, 20-30% fat, and other carbohydrates (20-50%). Achieve the best results, please share the protein to 4 or more meals to make. Each meal is protein + carbohydrate or protein and fat, and you must eat every 2-3 hours. Make sure that you have enough calories, too.

Now, for the years:

I train in a day 5 a fraction of the Week:

Monetary and secure
Tuesday arm
Wednesday-back
Thursday shoulder --
Friday-Legs
Saturday Sabbath
Sunday rest

But if you have a weaker muscles, you can train more frequently.

Sorry for the long post. Also check out bodybuilding.com for more training or nutrition.

The still very young, not to abandon its former 60 ... to remember that we live in an age drawn large and not less than 50 years of age are eligible.

Before all that you truly believe that you will not be back, and that will be devoted because if you can not. Moreover, if we overcome this obstacle, shortly after, you can:

Start with the acquisition of a balanced diet (I do not want anything, because I'm) not a nutritionist, you can do this with a nutritionist to do. Then you should find a gym to your needs and you will get a personal trainer.

This is a difficult task and I wish him luck.

not too late, because the work can be difficult, but certainly not impossible. Stronglifts Google for 5x5 full-body training, HIIT training, and Google strips the fat.

large amounts of protein and a good balance between carbohydrates and essential fatty acids to balance the diet. Avoid processed foods, sugary foods like desserts.

drink 2-3 liters of water per day, plenty of fruit and vegetables for the body much

I do not think, I mean, depending on the condition that you already have on their health status and (if you have any problems with the bones, the inhibition of the like). But 35 is still a very young age to work, if you will. My mother is in her thirties, and extends about a mile per day and often go the gym and work. So if you are I can to recommend them.

You're not too old to fit. My father has to start going to the gym at 44 and made it healthier than ever. For nutrition, a dietitian at how much you eat based on your height, weight, age and activity determined.
